About Us

SPT Sports was established to create a connection between athletes of the South Pacific Islands and international sporting clubs, agents & managers. We work closely with athletes of various skills and abilities, and help develop their profile statistics so as to best meet the requirements of clubs. Both clubs, agents & managers, are provided with access to an extensive online database comprised with athletes, their background information, experience, positions played, and most importantly their health and fitness performance capabilities (KPI’s).

"Our point of difference"

What‘s unique about our services, is our professionally guaranteed performance assessments of athletes. To achieve this, we operate bi-annual assessment clinics throughout Fiji, Samoa and Tonga with our registered athlete members, and produce valuable data which is based on their health and skill levels. This information is then made available to premium club members, as well as sports agents & managers, so as to provide confidence in their selection process. A confidence that we believe will help reduce the current complexities and costs associated with athlete recruitment from the South Pacific region.

"Working to meet your needs"

As an additional service for our members, SPT Sports can provide a customised assessment clinic which is more closely aligned with the member’s goals and strategies. Members can have customised clinics arranged for a selective range of athletes found in our on-line database and assessed according to the member’s KPI requirements, including an in-depth analysis of game information, game day statistics and video footage.

Why the South Pacific?

Our history and experience dealing with athlete’s whose origins derive from the South Pacific islands was the catalyst behind our reason to establish SPT Sports. There was a clear gap in this market primarily due to the technology constraints and the costs associated with gaining exposure not only for clubs, agents & managers, but for the athletes themselves. Our business mission was to bridge this gap and provide a link between the club and the athlete at little or no cost.

SPT Sports identified that there is an abundance of talented athletes throughout the South Pacific Islands. The South pacific lifestyle, culture and upbringing alone, help cultivate a unique breed of athletes with skill levels highly sought by teams across many sports.

  •  Athletes who are naturally built for contest and for contact sports.
  •  Athletes who are big, strong and fast.

Despite these great qualities, there are also some weaknesses, such as education. One of our key goals is to turn those weakness into strengths, and through our understanding of the cultural and our knowledge of high level sports, SPT Sports believe we can cultivate complete athletes for professional sports. One example is our initiative to provide school sponsorships and business training to athletes in need, as part of our goodwill commitment.
